My most recent running sins...
Sin 1: I sometimes run slow and with a low spf sunscreen just so I can get a really good tan.
Sin 2: I passed someone within 20 feet of the finish line more than once...and worse, they were in my age division.
Sin 3: I didn't wear my Boston medal or race jacket or any other tell tale sign of the marathon at Logan airport when I left Beantown the day after the marathon.
Sin 4: I once got too excited and didn't pace myself in a marathon and instead of a negative split, I positive split by 6 minutes! It hurt.
Sin 5:. I didn't "listen to my body" and instead listened to my inner sofa spud and spent a whole week not running one step...and liked it immensely!
Sin 6: And perhaps the most grievous sin of all, I once (or twice, maybe more) DIDN'T CARBO-LOAD before a race and instead loaded up on sashimi and sushi...it was good!
