It was such a pleasure meeting Bart, chatting and having my book signed. His book is a great read and I have shared some of his stories with fellow runners. However, I have yet to loan the book (I often share many books) as I have reread a few sections and like the training plans. The last part of the book that gives favorite races and destinations was an inspiration. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and about to face surgery and months of treatment. Cruise to Run is my treat to myself for 2010! Once I beat this cancer and get back on track I'll be ready for some fun in the sun! What better way to escape the cold New Hampshire winter!
